Great Shell! Very communicative team!

I bought a Navy colored shell for my personal project, specified the material and measurements. Due to the color and material choice the shell was only 1 week late due to Proelvis fabric supplier, but with this delay already communicated within the 6 week time frame, Elle had made it a point to add expedited shipping at no additional cost. The Proelvis team created a very quality garment with internal canvassing and adequate padding on the shoulders. Very well constructed , and VERY well fitting
